Very Moist Banana Cake
Resepi:
250 g butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbs evaporated milk
3 cups mashed banana
2 cups flour (sifted)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Walnut, macadamia nut, pecan (optional)
Beat butter and sugar. Add in eggs, vanilla, milk and salt. Then add banana to the batter. Finally add flour. Bake in 350 F for about 1 hr.

kek, cinnamon rolls amazingly are the glue that bind our friendship - teringat kek pisang melati dibawa oleh azah ke rumah kuzi. Tak lupa juga lope kreatif kuzi, semuanyer sedap sedap....
