Zucchini Bread

Grated zucchini
 
 
Ingredients:

3 large eggs
3/4 cup softened butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups finely grated zucchini (unpeeled)
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
2 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp double acting baking powder
2/3 cup chopped pecan (I omitted this)

I used Batter Bread program from my bread machine setting.

To mamafami: Zucchini ni adik beradik squash.. betullah ropa dia cam timun, tp ada bau bacang dgn labu/pumpkin family.
