We headed south last weekend which would sound silly to some people who can't stand hot weather. Hot and humid! 70+ at night is not a good temperature to sleep in a tent.
Despite of the hot weather we had so much fun. Too bad, this might be our last summer in States...
Thousands of thanks to our friends in DC (bukan main lagi, berkawan dgn set2 embassy.. ), especially yaty and husin. Thx for the wonderful time.
Resepi masak lemak ketam xpress:
1/2 ulas bawang besar (yg besar)
3 ulas bawang putih
1 serai
1" halia
Cili padi (optional)
BLEND SEMUA BHN DI ATAS.
2 sudu kecil kecil rempah kari ikan
1/2 sudu kecil kunyit serbuk
1/2 tin nenas dlm tin (DOLE)
1/2 tin santan
Garam secukup rasa.
3-4 ekor ketam sederhana size
Cara2:
Campur bahan2 yg diblend dgn 1/2 cwn air, masukkan dlm periuk. Masukkan nenas. Masak sehingga mendidih seketika. Masukkan santan. Adjust kepekatan santan dgn air...jika perlu tambah santan lagi, dan sebaliknya. Bila mendidih, masukkan ketam. Biar mendidih kali kedua, biar seketika. Masukkan garam secukup rasa. Volla! Dah siap masak lemak ketam.
