Dough recipe ni telah diubah suai dari beberapa resepi mengikut selera pembuat (who is me!)
Ingredients:
2 cups bread flour
70g sugar
20g milk powder
2 tsp vital wheat gluten (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1 packet active dry yeast
2 tbs butter
1 medium egg
1 cup water
Method: Follow your breadmachine instruction. If breadmachine is not available. Use your hand. Follow normal bread making method. Divide the dough into small pieces. Roll each dough into rectangle, width equal to the lenth of the sausage. Put the sausage in the middle and roll. Cut the rolled sausage halfway about 2 cm. Cross each portion side by side. Let it rise again, for another 40 mins.
